Its pretty good.
I was really digging it til I realized several things:
-Some of the upgrades would take hours to get. I'm not into wasting that much time. Maybe half an hour, not 3...
-There are only like 6 things you can hit that aren't spikes. It gets boring.
-You prematurely end the run early 1/2 the time by hitting spikes. I think statistically, any more than 3 exploding body parts would be wasteful because most of the time I don't even get to use one!
-The music should either be a less obviously repetitive song, or allow the player to pick from a variety of music.
-On about 1/4 bounces, there is no bounce. The dummy just hits the floor and slides to a stop.
Other than that, I was really digging the initial launch and the ragdoll effect. Most games just shoot an animal or something out of a cannon, but the idea of launching a crash test dummy from a car is pretty clever. Is there a way you could make the dummy have collisions so his parts can't spin round and round? I'm not sure if it would improve it, I am mostly curious.
Good effort. I like it more than I don't.
