Pretty good idea

The wandering of the spider is kinda annoying. Besides that, it seems that there's no damage delay between being hurt. I got hit by a firefly and all 5 hearts suddenly were gone. What's the deal with that?

It's a pretty good idea, but honestly, the other spider sim is vastly more enjoyable for me.

This game is well conceived, poorly executed

I was having a decent time. At first.

I think it was the 4th level in the campaign that things became bullshit. The enemy units are either too strong or they are too easy for the enemy base to purchase. If the units are balanced, then the AI system is not. In RTS games like warcraft and starcraft, the advantage the human has is better decisionmaking than the computer. While they are better at controlling many units, this game rules out that ability. There's virtually no thinking involved in this game. You pretty much just spawn what you can and try different combinations of units, none of which work.

It's just frustrating and really sucks any kind of fun out of the game.

Good game, huge problem

You have to start over every time. It sucks. There is no option to respawn with your existing upgrades and try again. It gets especially sucky on the first level with the tanks when certain areas of the level are totally saturated with weaponfire and it's impossible to avoid all of it much less most of it.

So you die after like 4 levels and have to start on level one. In my opinion, that's a bad design. Not even commercial games are that anal.

Other than that, really fun, but that thing makes it very much too frustrating.

Aww, bummer.

I have flash 10 and the first grenade glitched every time. It doesn't look like anyone has actually described what it does.

For me, it acts normal til the bomb hits the ground. Rather than exploding once, it explodes continuously and doesn't seem to ever end. That alone makes it laggy. Then, if a person passes through the explosion, they die, but another spawn of them moves forward and dies and moves forward and dies.

So you end up with infinite explosions and infinite dead people even if it's just one grenade and just one person.

Also, if you try to drop any more grenades, they stay at the initial height they were dropped from in the air. And when changing weapons, it sometimes shows them all as being in quantities of 999.

I'm thinking if it would work, it would be quite fun, but unfortunately, I can't evaluate it properly.

Lol.

Not as good as I'd hoped. It made me laugh when 4 sword masters surrounded a needle-bot on the first planet and couldn't move or attack.

DAMNIT

It's a great game, but you made it too hard.

What...

I can't tell what's going on. The controls are also pretty bad. Spacebar is fine, but if you're going to need two hands anyway, don't put Q and E as the changing buttons.

I don't really know what else... it's just kind of bla.

Its OK

Should have autofire. If you die, you downgrade weapons... if you're dying, doesn't that kind of imply you need as many weapons as you can get? It's ridiculous and given the occasional impossibility of dodging, the plane's damage before dying is too small.

Very fun game quite tricky at times.

There were some problems with the game play in general that I noticed. The most annoying issue was the use of the left arrow key for changing levels. In most other balancing, tetris-based games and tetris itself, this would spin the block in the other direction. I used to play tetris so much I had dreams about it and the hitting the left key to rotate thing is so ingrained. I'm sure it's happened to other people as well. You've got it allll stacked up and then you rotate once the wrong direction and you have to start over.

The next problem I felt was that you can not stack items into the gray area at the top. There's a sort of unclear line that separates stackable and unstackable, but limiting the height of the stack seems rather unfair. I consider this to be an open-ended creative thinking game, but when you impose a rule like that where there's a "This is how you're supposed to do it." it starts to subtract from that idea.

Others have mentioned the ads I noticed, but I'll ad this: Three times while playing an ad failed to load and it locked my game. I had to quit and start the game again. Good thing you had an auto-save feature built in, but this is still quite annoying. Perhaps the ads could be timed regardless of whether it loads or something like that.

Other than that, a good and very fun game. I beat all 40 levels of the peaceful mode despite the setbacks but decided to quit after one level of inferno when an ad locked it up again.

thanks for making a good game.

Good game

WAYYYY too hard. Not enough money or too many attackers. Food increase is too rapid and population growth does not benefit the player. Increase in cost of towers is also too steep and farms get destroyed too easily. If you fixed some, but not all of those things, this game would be way better. If you fixed them all, it'd be too easy. Mostly the cash flow or wave frequency is the biggest problem.
