Its got problems

Other people have noticed problems and glitches more than me, but the one I wanna complain about is once you have a 3rd survivor and put him in the humvee, he just spins around randomly and doesn't do anything useful. It's stuck in a look essentially. Other than that, would be fun. I like how there's barely enough ammo to get by.

Good until it sucked.

I really was liking it til I got to beetle 3 stage. The level is set up in a manner that essentially makes it impossible to win against the roaches. I had it going for probably an hour or more, but there was simply no way that there could be enough beetles delivered. I had somewhere between 10 and 25 towers and they had one and it killed every beetle before it arrived. Either the beetle's strength is underrated against its speed or the roaches speed is overrated compared to strength. In short, that ruined the game for me.

Not impressed.

It's fun at first. It gets kind of ridiculous. Some enemies are too fast, and the ones that reappear randomly are bullshit. The fact that the cost of health increases rapidly and that the amount of money dropped does not, and in fact becomes increasingly hard to pick up ruins it. Got like 500 gold and all of it is shot, not entirely filling up my health. The money should either be automatic, or larger quantities. I'm disappointed. It would've been a fun game if it didn't get suddenly really frustrating.

Very fun

Contrary to what is said below, I found that the blood made it easier to see the zombies as their contrast was higher. The autoshotgun seemed to be the best weapon to me, and the rocket launcher and grenade launcher were disappointingly underpowered. I was hoping the Gauss upgrade for the shotgun would apply to the autoshotgun too, but was disappointed. It would be cool if there were a perk uprage for ALL weapons, not just some.

Almost good.

I dont like how you can't see off the side, and you have to press up against it to see. You should make it more dynamic, to move with the tank. Also, the tank randomly gets kinda stuck sometimes and that's annoying.

The level with the 'power plants' killed it for me.

No challenge.

There's no skill at all as far as I can see. You dont get to set prices, you don't have to meet customers or anything. The food is ridiculous. Just make one super expensive burger rather than having to buy 20 to fill up, if you insist on eating being that expensive. And in gunfights, what the hell? The guy can take 10 hits and not be 1/4 damaged even? So, it costs 40 dollars worth of ammo to kill one person? That's freaking retarded and takes a shitton of useless time waste. This game would be good if you made some effort required to make money.

Kinda fun..

Pretty good game. Got really repetitive though and only once the red enemies appeared did the game start freezing for me. The locks over the weapons was really annoying. Fix it. I would like it better if the weaponfire reflected damage levels better. And the energy system for the weapons is kinda weird. Get down to 0 and then has to reload. It's not a cartridge or a battery, it's regenerating, so shouldn't it actively do that, so if you use your gun too much you can't shoot any more? I enjoyed it for a while.

Thanks for the review and good point you have there for the weapon energy system. I'll try to make it more logical for my next game :).

Good concept, quite fun

Liked the game, liked the music, though it did get somewhat monotonous after a while. It's clever, I haven't seen anything quite like it and the style of the art, most notably the backgrounds is quite good as well. My only complaint besides possibly repetitive music is that on a couple of levels, one of the balls would get stuck, necessitating a level restart. Otherwise, quite fun. Thanks!

Disappointing.

I played the first one, and beat it. It was totally an awesome game. I was hoping this one would be as good, but no such luck.

I only have two complaints really.

#1: I decided to play on mortal a bit to get used to the controls. Mortal sounded like the easiest to play as. I played about 5 times, first time I killed one before I died. The second time two. Then two the next two times and finally, I discovered that with the non-sword weapon (2) I could back them into a corner and just slash like mad. I killed like 10. Then the explosive guys showed up and it became impossible. For being on the easy mode, I sure don't want to know what the other modes are like. "Quite hard" shouldn't mean impossible. I'd also like to point out that the most effective attack was button mashing... not even more than one button. I also managed to get Absolutely Blood Thirsty doing that as well, but it didn't matter since no matter what, I died.

#2: My character fell through the floor on the first spawn one of the times I played. Then, suddenly reappearing directly in the path of a knock-down attack really put me at a disadvantage.

Overall, I'm sure it's a great game, but there's no point in it being a good game more than 1/20 of the levels if the first level is essentially unbeatable.

Why...

I found it annoying not being able to separate troops. There's very little strategy in that regard, also, I think you should be able to move units 5 spaces per turn, not 5 or less spaces once per turn.

My biggest complaint though is that periodically, all of my troops would simultaneously explode and I would be informed I lost. There was no explanation for this, and enemy troops got nowhere near mine after 4 turns.

You loose when your capital is captured, defend your capital by all means! It's clearly explained in help.
